Payment

We accept online payments via PayPal and MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express. 
 
Payment is expected the same day as the item is purchased. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, the transaction will be canceled.
 
Should you wish to pay with a personal check, please contact us at info@namooquilts.com. We will ship your item upon receipt and clearance of your check. 
 
Please contact us if you experience any technical difficulties sending your payment.
 

Reserving Items

If you request to reserve an item, we will change a current listing or create a new listing to be reserved for you. We will keep the reserved listing for 2 weeks unless otherwise discussed. 
 
We also accept reservation requests for wedding and baby registries. Please note that while we allow a reasonable time frame for these items, if the registry item is not purchased by the end of the reserved time period, the requestor must purchase the item.
 

Custom Orders

Depending on the quilt size, amount of details, and time of the year (e.g., holiday season), custom orders may take anywhere from 8 weeks to up to 6 months. We work on custom orders in the order in which they are received.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days following receipt of online payment. For orders paid by personal check, item(s) will be shipped upon receipt and clearance of check.
 
Domestic Orders:
- Most domestic orders that weigh less than 13 oz. will be shipped via USPS First Class. 
- Domestic orders that weigh more than 13 oz. will be shipped either via USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail (whichever method is less costly).
- All domestic orders are shipped with insurance.
 
International Orders:
- International orders are mailed via USPS First Class Mail International. Please ask about shipping upgrades and insurance for faster and more secure delivery. There will be an additional fee. 
- Please note that any customs fees, taxes and/or duties incurred at the time of delivery are not included and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please  note that we are unable to accommodate requests to mark shipments as “gifts” to avoid any of the fees mentioned above. 
 
We attempt to calculate shipment costs as accurately as possible. However, if there is any overpaid shipping charge greater than $1.00 USD, we will send a refund to your account.
 
We also encourage you to check our shop announcements for any updates on temporary delays or vacation.
 

Refund

We hope that you love our items! But if you have any problem with your purchase, please send us an e-mail at info@namooquilts.com. We are more than happy to work with you to resolve any issues. If the item must be returned, shipping costs are paid by the customer  and the item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders cannot be returned.
